the speech therapist gave us these exercises so you can do it at home
:
-To stick out your tongue then pull your tongue back in until it reach the back of your roof of the tongue.
- Say the syllable /ka/.
-Say the syllable /ga/.
-Say the syllable /ag/.
- Put the tongue depressor in the front of your mouth and start to push it against your tongue tip , this exercise work on increasing muscle strength.
- Move your tongue to the right corner of your mouth then to the left.
-Tongue left / right
-Tongue up / down
- To lick a plate of chocolate, jam and honey
- To make a circular movement inside and outside the mouth
- To push your cheeks with your tongue on right and left side and the same for upper and lower lips.
- Stick out your tongue and try to reach your chin with the tongue tip
